DEFINITIONS

In these Terms, "Services" refers to the real estate photography and videography packages offered by BROER Media. Photo Only, Video Only, and Full Package are standard real estate listing services available for online booking. Cinematic is a bespoke production service available by enquiry only, quoted individually, and not subject to the standard booking flow or pricing outlined in these Terms.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable 20% deposit (inclusive of GST) is required to confirm and secure a booking date. All prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 10% is added at checkout. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances including cancellation, change of mind, weather, or property sale. A Tax Invoice will be issued for the remaining 80% balance upon delivery of final files. Failure to complete final payment will result in files being withheld. BROER Media reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances through appropriate legal channels.

FINAL PAYMENT

Remaining 70% due on delivery of final files.

CANCELLATION

The 20% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. A booking may be cancelled or rescheduled, however the deposit will not be returned regardless of the reason — including change of mind, property sale, weather, or personal circumstances. Once a shoot has been rescheduled due to weather, the Client forfeits their right to cancel the booking entirely. Cancellation does not relieve the Client of the deposit obligation.

RESCHEDULING

One reschedule permitted with 48 hours notice at no charge.

DELIVERY

24–48 hours after shoot completion. Delivered via secure download link.

REVISIONS

All Content is delivered edited and colour graded to BROER Media's standard. Revisions may only be requested within 24 hours of delivery and are billed at $150 per hour, invoiced separately. Revision requests must be submitted in writing to info@broermedia.com. BROER Media reserves the right to determine what constitutes a revision versus a new shoot or re-edit. Requests that require a return to the property or a full re-edit are not considered revisions and will be quoted separately.

USAGE

The Client retains full ownership of all Content produced during their commissioned shoot and may use it freely for the marketing and promotion of the relevant property. BROER Media retains a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, publish, reproduce, display, and distribute all Content across any platform or medium — including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Facebook, the BROER Media website, print, and advertising — for any commercial or non-commercial purpose at the studio's sole discretion. This licence cannot be revoked by the Client at any time or for any reason. No further permission, notice, or compensation is required for BROER Media to exercise this licence. By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges and irrevocably accepts these terms.
